About the role
We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job.
Requirements

Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it.
