  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with experience presenting to and aligning diverse stakeholders around complex topics. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Enough technical fluency to be “dangerous” — you can reason about systems, APIs, and data flows, and you collaborate effectively with engineering, even if you don’t write production code.
  • Experience working across different levels of scale, understanding that tools, processes, and product approaches must evolve as the company grows.
  • A high degree of ownership, proactivity, and integrity — you seek out context, ask sharp questions, and drive clarity without waiting to be told what to do.

Why This Position Matters

This product opening is a useful opportunity for candidates whose experience matches Product & Operations, Senior. Its strongest career signal is the scope of the work itself — particularly Own products and workstreams within B2B Customer Solutions, from development through launch and ongoing iteration, with increasing independence. Lead an engineering squad through execution and manage stakeholders across… — rather than a generic title alone.

Resume & Application Strategy

For the application, mirror the employer's language where it truthfully matches your background: foreground Product & Operations, Senior, quantify outcomes from comparable work, and place the most relevant experience near the top of the resume. If the listing specifies tools, platforms, leadership scope, or domain experience, use those exact terms in context instead of presenting an unrelated keyword list.
