How it works
- Apply. Complete a short screener interview and upload your resume.
- Propose. Once you're selected, pick a change from a repository you know and submit a short proposal. We approve it or suggest a better candidate.
- Build. In our platform, set up the repository as it was before the change, then write the brief, the correct solution and the grading checks.
- Stress-test. Try lazy, incorrect and shortcut solutions and make sure your checks catch them.
- Model testing. Run your task against leading AI models until strong models often fail but a skilled engineer can clearly solve it.
- Review. A reviewer checks your task and you revise it. Most tasks take more than one round.
- Next task. Once your task is accepted, start another.

Why This Position Matters
This dev opening is a useful opportunity for candidates whose experience matches C++, docker, git, go. Its strongest career signal is the scope of the work itself — particularly Build. In our platform, set up the repository as it was before the change, then write the brief, the correct solution and the grading checks. — rather than a generic title alone.
Resume & Application Strategy
For the application, mirror the employer's language where it truthfully matches your background: foreground C++, docker, git, go, quantify outcomes from comparable work, and place the most relevant experience near the top of the resume. If the listing specifies tools, platforms, leadership scope, or domain experience, use those exact terms in context instead of presenting an unrelated keyword list.
We organize source-provided information into this independent job-seeker overview. Compensation is shown only when the source provides it; the official listing remains the authority for current requirements and application instructions.
