You will drive the creative evolution of our brand across every touchpoint, from campaigns and product launches to web, events, motion, and executive storytelling. You'll push creative boundaries, champion bold ideas, and set an exceptional standard for quality and differentiation.

A key part of the role is translating complex technology, data, and AI innovation into simple, compelling creative experiences. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Brand, and GTM teams to understand what makes our platform unique and bring that story to life.

You'll also lead and transform our global Studio, developing a high-performing team of designers, creative leads, and agency partners. You'll evolve our brand system and embrace AI, automation, and self-service to scale production, freeing the team to focus on creativity, craft, and high-impact work.

Your mission: build a category-defining brand and a world-class, AI-enabled creative organization to bring it to life.

What you’ll own

    Brand creative direction

    • Set the creative vision for Contentsquare and hold an exceptional standard across launches, campaigns, brand, web, events, and executive storytelling.

    • Champion bold ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and push the team beyond safe, predictable creative work.

    • Stay ahead of what the best brands are doing, in SaaS, AI, technology, and beyond, to create work that is unmistakably ours.

    • The team

      • Lead, develop, and retain exceptional designers and team leads, building a high-performing culture of craft, bold thinking, ownership, and accountability. Empower the team to take creative risks and make strong decisions independently.

      • Build and manage a network of world-class agencies and specialist partners, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise. Own agency selection, creative direction, budgets, and performance, ensuring exceptional quality and the flexibility to scale during peak demand.

      • The platform and product story

        • Build a deep understanding of our platform, AI capabilities, and technology, keeping the Studio closely connected to our product and customers.

        • Partner early with Product and Product Marketing to turn complex technology into simple, compelling, and memorable creative experiences.

        • Bring our product story to life through distinctive design, motion, video, and storytelling across every relevant touchpoint.

        • The Brand System

          • Evolve our visual identity into a distinctive, recognizable, and scalable brand system that reflects our ambition as an AI leader.

          • Build reusable frameworks, templates, and self-service tools that help teams create effectively without compromising quality.

          • Know when to scale through the system and when an idea deserves something entirely new.

          • AI in the studio

            • Lead how the Studio uses AI across design, copy, production, and creative operations.

            • Use AI to absorb repetitive work and production volume, expanding creative capabilities and giving the team more time for ideas, craft, and innovation.

            • Help the team adopt new tools and workflows confidently, without compromising creative quality or brand standards.

            • How the creative studio runs

              • Own the Studio operating model, including priorities, resourcing, project management, creative reviews, and delivery across internal teams and external partners.

              • Build a fast, effective, and scalable operation that anticipates demand, manages production peaks, and removes unnecessary complexity.

              • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Web, Comms, and GTM teams, engaging early enough to shape the work rather than simply receive briefs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years across design, brand, creative, or Studio leadership, including 5+ years leading teams in SaaS or technology.

  • Experience managing managers/team leads and operating in complex, global organizations.

  • Exceptional portfolio with a high creative bar across brand, digital, campaigns, and product storytelling.

  • Strong ability to turn complex technology and AI into simple, compelling creative narratives.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS/tech; AI or AI-native experience is a strong plus.

  • Proven experience evolving brand/design systems and scaling quality through templates and self-service.

  • Hands-on experience transforming creative teams with AI across workflows, automation, production, and enablement.

  • Strong command of Creative Operations, resourcing, agencies, and end-to-end Studio workflows.

  • Strong benchmarking instincts and a clear point of view on differentiation and creative excellence.
  • Excellent executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You

    • Have exceptional creative taste and a strong point of view on what our brand could become.

    • Understand the product deeply enough to find the creative idea within it, rather than waiting for a brief to define it.

    • Turn complex technology, data, and AI into simple, human, and memorable creative experiences.

    • Know what the best brands are doing, both in our category and far beyond it, and are more interested in what nobody has done yet.

    • Move confidently between setting creative vision, challenging the details, shaping product storytelling, and leading a high-performing team.

    • See AI as a way to take more creative risks, not fewer. Let it handle the volume so your team can focus on the work only people can do.

    • Build simple systems that keep creative teams fast, collaborative, and effective, while knowing which work deserves something entirely original.

    • Challenge work that's merely good enough, inspiring teams and agency partners to push for exceptional.

    • Balance bold creative ambition with a strong understanding of customer impact and business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, we would expect to see:

    • A visibly higher and more consistent creative bar across the company.

    • A distinctive creative language for our platform, products, and AI capabilities that makes complex technology easier to understand and more exciting to experience.

    • A Studio that is deeply connected to Product and Product Marketing and engaged earlier in the storytelling process.

    • Strong differentiation from competitors across our visual identity, campaigns, product launches, and customer-facing experiences.

    • A strong, scalable brand and design system.

    • A clear Studio operating model with stronger prioritization, ownership, and delivery.

    • Meaningful adoption of AI across creative workflows, resulting in faster execution, better output, and expanded team capacity.

    • More teams able to self-serve effectively through high-quality templates, systems, and guidelines.

    • Strong leadership across the Studio, with team leads operating with greater autonomy and accountability.

    • Better balance between internal resources, agencies, automation, and self-service.

    • A Studio viewed by the business not as a production function, but as a strategic partner in how we bring our product and technology to the world.
